During my recent holiday, I had an amazing experience. the facilities were up to par with the ones in photos, with prices in line with those in popular tourist destinations. the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke fluent English. Lastly, the resort had a great location somewhere far away.
Even though I enjoyed my stay, there were a few aspects that didn't quite meet my expectations. For starters, the menu was quite limited, and the kitchen didn't have some items available.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke good English. Our room was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The gardens and pools in the resort were well-maintained and provided a tranquil atmosphere. The location of this place was also perfect, as it was close to the shops and restaurants. we were really impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided here.

We chose a hotel close to the beach, but this location was even better, as we were far from the noisy and crowded city center. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom needs some renovation. Breakfast was basic but included the essentials. We enjoyed the coffee machine. The gardens are well-maintained, but the pools are quite small.
The restaurant menu was limited, and they did not always have some items available.

Had an amazing Xmas holiday at a resort with everything we needed! Loved the spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and town. enjoyed the on-site restaurant with a range of delicious dishes to choose from.
The restaurant could have had more menu options available, as some of the items we wanted to order were not available. , the service at times could have been quicker, but the staff were always friendly and helpful nonetheless.
